    Darn straight they should cooperate because Obama’s Asia pivot is about as empty as his repeated pivots to “focus like a laser on the economy.” (Incidentally, whenever Obama does devote his very limited attention span to the economy, he makes it much worse. So maybe we should be more grateful that he has the attention span of a bessie bug.) Canada and Australia have Indo-Pacific interests that will go begging if they’re waiting for the US to put it’s efforts where Obama’s mouth is.
