Norman R. Augustine has served as Under Secretary of the Army in the Defense Department and as president, chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin Corporation. From 1999-2001, he served on the Hart-Rudman Commission, and he is presently a member of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology and the Advisory Board to the Department of Homeland Security.
