Cameron Bullish on Syria, Russia

  • @ Putin – it would be in all our interests to secure a safe and secure Syria with a democratic and pluralistic future and end the regional instability.

Well, yeah. And if pigs could fly.

  • Ironically, the same day, Russia forms and sends a Mediterranean fleet, for permanent basing, the first time since 1992.

  • “We hope Mr. Cameron and Mr. Obama have their game faces on.”
That’s about all we can expect from this pair of light-weights: a game face. There’s nothing there to back it up. Fitfully backboned, Cameron doesn’t have the stones for hardball. Utterly spineless, Obama isn’t even that good.

I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. On October 7, 2011 Professor Mead informed his Via Meadia readers that Prime Minister Cameron was a “man with a plan. ” He explained that Cameron was the second coming of Winston Churchill, Clement Attlee, Margaret Thatcher (and Tony Blair). Surely someone with that pedigree can handle Putin.

    Right?
