impressive; i wouldn’t be surprised if Sen Cotton ends up as the Republican VP candidate; especially if the Presidential nominee is a governor

Doubt it. I think he would be a lot more effective as a Senator than VP. For what’s it worth, I think Suzanna Martinez (Governor of New Mexico) will be chosen as VP. Just my $.02.

        Who? Who? Who?
I wouldn’t be surprised given the adhocery of Republican presidential candidate thinking, but I don’t think that is likely.

She is a Hispanic woman governor with a record of accomplishment and winning in deep blue locales. But I agree with your point that outside of political junkies, her name recognition is somewhat low. As for the headliner, my guess it’s Walker. Bush has a last name “Bush”, Rand Paul (who I would vote for in a primary) doesn’t have enough to win in a primary, Rubio seems kind of meh and Chris Christie is too Jersey even for New Jersey. Having said that, I am frequently wrong. Just ask my wife.

I pray you’re right this time. That ticket, Walker and Martinez, makes a hell of a lot more sense than anything 1) Dems will come up with {did they learn nothing from their disastrous experience with inexperience?) or 2) that any two white males Republicans could come up with. That probably means it won’t happen . . .

Since the only Democratic Party strategy is the ad hominem eg. Palin, a Latina governor for VP would be entertaining as Hillary! and my own Durban the Dick would have to mercilessly savage her in the campaign.

I keep saying it…Walker/Martinez, the quesadilla ticket!
