I’ve arrived in London for a week of conferences and lectures. I’ll be speaking at King’s College, London and giving other talks at Chatham House, Oxford and Cambridge. Later in the week it’s off to Belfast for another round of lectures; if any of these are available on video we’ll post links. Don’t expect live tweeting from me on tonight’s presidential debate; given the five hour time difference between New York and London, the debate starts in the wee hours over here.

I’ll be speaking tonight at 18:45 in the Winstanley Lecture Theatre of Trinity College and hope to see some Via Meadia readers there. Tuesday I’ll be speaking at a conference here in London, Wednesday at King’s College in London and Keble College in Oxford, and on Thursday I’m leaving for Belfast.

The blog will continue while I’m away; I’ll be working from the UK and the team back in the US will be as busy as ever. By next Sunday, if all goes well, I’ll be back in the stately Mead manor in glamorous Queens, preparing another week of classes for my students up at Bard.
