Paul McHale is an attorney with the international law firm McKenna Long and Aldridge, LLP. He served in the U.S. House of Representatives as a member of the House Armed Services Committee (1993–99) and as Assistant Secretary of Defense (2003–09). He is also a retired colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve (1972–80; 1984–2007).
