Michael Mandelbaum is the Christian A. Herter Professor Emeritus of American Foreign Policy at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a member of the TAI board of editors. He is the author of a 2014 book about the political backlash against globalization, The Road to Global Prosperity (Simon & Schuster) as well as, most recently, Mission Failure: America and the World in the Post-Cold War Era (Oxford University Press, 2016).
