Platinum Sponsorship
(1 available, $20,000)
- Event signage will show “sponsored by”, with Platinum sponsor logo most prominently featured.
- Signage (provided by sponsor, priority placement for Platinum sponsor).
- Platinum sponsor prominently mentioned on Conference Program cover.
- Full-page color ad, Cover 4, in Conference Program.
- Branded meal, luncheon or dinner.
- Logo of platinum sponsor displayed on all nametags.
- Display table in lounge-lobby outside the conference rooms.
- Conference folders get stuffed with loose printed ads from the sponsor.
- Mention in Introductory Remarks at all meals (“We thank our sponsors, …”).
- Option to purchase logo space on take-home laptop bag to be provided to all attendees.
- Eight tickets to the event.
Gold Sponsorship
(2 available, $10,000 each)
- Event signage will show “sponsored by”, with Gold sponsor logo prominently displayed.
- Signage (provided by sponsor, smaller than Platinum sponsor).
- Gold sponsors mentioned on Conference Program cover.
- Full-page color ad, Cover 2 or 3, in Conference Program.
- Conference folders get stuffed with loose printed ads from the sponsor.
